15 Orchard St #Z-19-63:  Variance requested §3.5 – 17’ to left side line and §3.5 – 1% of lot coverage for a deck
16 Southeast Trail:  Recommend to Board of Selectman bond release of $6,000.00
APPROVED W // STIPULATIONS:
138 Federal Rd #Z-19-51:  Variance requested §4.3A – 40,000 s.f. lot area and §4.3A – 7.2% of lot coverage for a new building
42 Obtuse Rd So. #Z-19-62:  Variance requested §3.4 – 14’ to left side yard for a shed.and propane tanks.
19 Gereg Glen Rd #Z-19-53:  Variance requested §3.5 – 33.6’ structure to rear lot line; §3.13.D4b – 12’ structure to left side line for a shed and §3.5 – 21.1’ structure to rear lot line for a hot tub.
