  • Bivalent Omicron Booster Available Now! The Brookfield Health Department has received the new bivalent Moderna mRNA vaccine. This updated vaccine is approved for individuals over 18 years of age. It’s a “bivalent” shot which contains half the original vaccine and half the new formula targeting the Omicron subvariants.

The Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations (ACIR) has compiled best practice guidelines to assist municipalities in their response to the disruptions of the COVID-19 pandemic.  The goal of this effort is to provide local officials with solutions that meet local needs and are in sync with state expectations.  Guidelines will be updated as needs change or as new approaches are identified.
