- Bivalent Omicron Booster Available Now! The Brookfield Health Department has received the new bivalent Moderna mRNA vaccine. This updated vaccine is approved for individuals over 18 years of age. It’s a “bivalent” shot which contains half the original vaccine and half the new formula targeting the Omicron subvariants.
