NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Brookfield Zoning Board of Appeals of will hold a regular meeting on August 5, 2019 at the Town Hall, Room #135, 100 Pocono Road, Brookfield, Connecticut at 7:00 p.m. This Public Hearing will hear the following appeals:
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
42 Obtuse Rd So. #Z-19-62:  Variance requested:  §3.5 – 14’ structure to front lot line; §3.4.A.3b – accessory structures in front yard for a pool, shed & propane tanks. 
138 Federal Rd #Z-19-51:  Variance requested:  §4.3A – 40,000 sq. ft. lot area and §4.3A – 7.2% of lot coverage for a new building with restaurant and retail
15 Orchard St #Z-19-63:  Variance requested:  §3.5 – 17’ structure to left side line and §3.5 – 1% of lot coverage for a deck
