The Brookfield Board of Education (BoE) is requesting sealed bid prices from qualified vendors for On‐Call Plumbing Services for all of the BoE’s plumbing requirements. The successful Contractor will provide all equipment, material and labor for plumbing services and repairs on BoE managed properties consisting of Brookfield High School at 45 Long Meadow Hill Road, Whisconier Middle School at 17 W. Whisconier Road, Huckleberry Hill Elementary School at 100 Candlewood Lake Road and Center Elementary School at 8 Obtuse Hill Road. This contract generally does not include plumbing work for new construction unless separately negotiated. The BoE does not guarantee a minimum value of this contract.
