LEGAL NOTICE:  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Brookfield Zoning Commission at a Regular Meeting held remotely via ZOOM on December 10, 2020 took the following actions:
APPROVED:
140 Federal Rd (Chik-Fil-A) #Z-20-113: Site Plan Modification to install a 4’ wide concrete sidewalk on either side of drive-thru and steps to access parking lot.
77 Vale Rd #200800148: Recommend to Board of Selectman Bond Release in amount of $194,392.50 leaving remaining balance of $30,607.50.

APPROVED W//STIPULATIONS:
45 Commerce Dr. #Z-20-123: Site Plan Modification for proposed alterations to existing service drop off, customer lounge and updating exterior finishes. No changes to the site and a trailer which would be limited to use for one year.
