LEGAL NOTICE:  The Zoning Commission of Brookfield, CT will hold a Public Hearing in Room #133 of the Brookfield Town Hall October 10, 2019, on the following:  138 Federal Rd #Z-19-83 for a Special Permit to construct a 5,044 sq. ft. building for a restaurant/retail use. At this hearing interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received.  Copies of the proposals are on file in the Office of the Brookfield Zoning Commission.
