LEGAL NOTICE:  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Brookfield Zoning Board of Appeals of will hold a regular meeting on September 9, 2019 at the Town Hall, Room #135, 100 Pocono Road, Brookfield, Connecticut at 7:00 p.m. This Public Hearing will hear the following appeals:
57 Riverford Rd #Z-19-65:  Variance requested:  §3.4A.3b – Accessory structure (shed) in a front yard.
202 Candlewood Lake Rd #Z-19-66:  Variance requested:  §3.3D & 3.5 – 70’ North Side yard and 34.4’ South Side yard for parking improvements.
355 Federal Rd #Z-19-72:  Variance requested:  §6E.6c – 4 s.f. for a roadside sign. 
39 Longview Drive #Z-19-73:  Variance requested:  §3.5 – 13’ structure to front lot line for an addition.
20 Hidden Brook Dr. #Z-19-76:  Variance requested:  §3.5 – 16’ structure to front lot line, §3.4A.3b – accessory structure in front yard for a propane tank;
21 Rocky Rd #Z-19-75:  Variance requested §3.5 – 4’ structure to rear lot line for a deck;
20 Candlewood Acres #Z-19-78: Variance requested:  §3.5 – 9’ structure to left side line for a deck and roof.
