LEGAL NOTICE:  Due to the cancellation of the 2/1/21 ZBA Meeting, The ZBA Commission of Brookfield, CT will hold a Special Meeting and Public Hearing remotely via ZOOM (Meeting ID #632-203-369) on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 for: 

15 Flax Hill Rd #Z-21-2:  Variance requested:  §3.5 – 7’ structure to right side line for an addition.
465 Federal Rd #Z-21-3:  Request for Repairers License
1 Tree Farm Ln #Z-21-4:  Variance requested:  §3.4.A.3b & §3.6.A – accessory structures in front yard for pool, pool house,
pickle ball court, generator and spa.
At this hearing, interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received.  Copies of the proposals are on file in the Office of the Brookfield Zoning Commission and online.
