NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Brookfield Zoning Board of Appeals of will hold a regular meeting on September 1, 2021 at the Town Hall, Room #133, 100 Pocono Rd, Brookfield, CT at 7:00 p.m. This Public Hearing will hear the following appeals:
19 & 23 Station Rd #Z-21-86: Variance requested: §5.E – partial 4th floor at Brookfield Village Phase 3;
120 Obtuse Hill Rd #Z-21-85: §3.5 – 16’ structure to front lot line for a garage expansion
