Public Notice RE: DOG LICENSES

Per Sec 22-338, Connecticut General Statutes, all dogs six months of age or over must be licensed during the month of June. The fee for a neutered male or a spayed female is $8.00.  The fee for a male or a female is $19.00.  Owners of neutered or spayed dogs must present a certificate from the veterinarian.  A certificate showing a current rabies vaccination must be presented.  Penalties start July 1, 2022.  Licenses and renewals may be obtained online, by mail or in person at Brookfield Town Hall, 100 Pocono Rd in the Town Clerk’s office during normal business hours.
