COVID Test Kit Update 1/7/2022

Brookfield COVID Rapid Test Distribution

The Town of Brookfield will distribute rapid test kits to Town residents on Saturday January 8, 2022 from 2pm-4pm at the Town Hall.

Please note, due to the limited supply the Town has received, we would like to provide the kits to those individuals experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or who may have been exposed to someone who is COVID positive.

If you have been exposed to someone that has tested positive for COVID, or are experiencing COVID symptoms, we urge you to test to help reduce the spread. Please allow those that fit this need the ability to get a test from the Town. Additionally, if you have already received a test kit from the Town, please allow other citizens the opportunity to get a test kit this time around.

We will provide two kits per household on a first come first served basis until supplies are gone. Each kit contains 2 tests. Please wear a mask while picking up your kits and please bring divers license as proof of residency.

Please plan to arrive no earlier than 1:00 p.m. Brookfield Police will be on hand to make sure vehicles are not stacking up on Pocono Road and checking residency.  They will also make the decision to start test kit distribution early if the line builds to critical mass.

If your COVID test is positive, please follow the CDC guidelines for isolation. You can find more information by clicking here:
