Public Notice: Historic District - July 1 Public Hearing

LEGAL NOTICE:  The Historic District Commission of Brookfield, CT will hold a Public Hearing in Room 129 at Brookfield Town Hall on Thursday, July 1, 2021 for:

Application 2021-04, Odessa & Carl Peterson, 149 Whisconier Road, for the replacement of the attached greenhouse with a new sunroom.

Application 2021-05, Margaret & Kevin McLoon, 19 Long Meadow Hill Road, for the replacement of the concrete front stoop with a flagstone landing and steps.
