THOSE 65 AND OLDER CAN NOW MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE VACCINE

For those of you who have signed up through the town website, you should have received an email with the link to register and make an appointment. We urge you to do this as soon as you can.

FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS BY PHONE:

The phone number to call for an appointment is: 877-918-2224. The phones are open from 8AM to 8PM seven days a week. More information on this is available on the town website. You may have to wait for service but they have increased the staffing to address this issue.

FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THROUGH THE TOWN:

We continue to urge all residents to register for Brookfield’s vaccination list if you meet the criteria of being 65 or older or if you are immune compromised. The link to the form is on the town website.

If you are 65 or older and have not received an email inviting you to register, please check your spam and junk folders for the message. If you still cannot find the email, it is possible your internet or email provider has blocked the email. If you have been unable to find an invite that has been sent to you, please allow the following email addresses in your security filters:

Each person wanting to get vaccinated must have their own unique email address.
