BOS Public Hearing on Monday, June 7, 2021, from 6:45 - 7:00 p.m. for Neighborhood Assistance Act Proposals

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The legal voters and residents of the Town of Brookfield are hereby notified that the Board of Selectmen will conduct a Public Hearing at the Brookfield Town Hall, 100 Pocono Road, Brookfield, CT, in Room 133, on Monday, June 7, 2021, at 6:45 p.m., for the purpose of receiving public comment and opinion concerning the following:

Proposal submitted by the Regional YMCA of Western CT, 2 Huckleberry Hill Road, Brookfield, requesting 2021 Neighborhood Assistance Act funding of $50,000 for their Annual Support Campaign and $100,000 for Camp Greenknoll Enhancement, as published by the State Department of Revenue Services.

Proposal submitted by WestCOG Foundation, Inc., 1 Riverside Road, Sandy Hook, requesting 2021 Neighborhood Assistance Act funding of $150,000 for their Regional Open Space Fund, as published by the State Department of Revenue Services.

Copies of said applications are on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Town Clerk and the Town Website www.brookfieldct.gov.
