LEGAL NOTICE FOR BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS TOWN OF BROOKFIELD LEGAL NOTICE For those persons aggrieved by the doings of the Assessor on the Grand List of October 1, 2021 and pursuant to Public Acct 95-283, application forms for appeals for real estate, personal property, or motor vehicle are available in the Assessor’s office or online at www.brookfieldct.gov. Completed forms can be mailed or dropped off during town hall hours February 1^st – 20^h. No forms will be accepted after the 20^th. Only the applicants with completed forms will be given a hearing in March by the Board of Assessment Appeals. Applications will be informed in writing of the date, time and location of said hearing. All businesses will be completed by the BAA by March 31, 2023.
