LEGAL NOTICE:  The Zoning Commission of Brookfield CT will hold a Public Hearing remotely via ZOOM on Thursday, April 9, 2020 for: Proposed Regulation Change #Z-20-10: Streetscape Sidewalk and Amenity Specifications; Proposed Regulation Change #Z-20-16: Accessory Uses & Structures; Proposed Regulation Change #Z-20-17: Apartments Standards; Proposed Regulation Change Z-20-18: Parking Location Standards; 43 Flax Hill Rd #Z-20-13:  Single Family Conversion for an apartment; 887 Federal Rd #Z-20-15:  Design Review to construct a 6,063+ mixed use building with associatd parking.
