What do I need to obtain a marriage license?

Marriage licenses are issued through the Town Clerk's office any day the office is open up to a half hour before closing time.

• Please bring in your current driver's license or a passport along with your confirmation number for your online application. The cost is $50.00 for the license, and $20.00 for the certified copy (cash or check only).
• Both Parties must both appear in person.
• If you are under 16 years of age, consent is needed from the Judge of Probate.
• If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is needed.
