Alarms

The Town of Brookfield has a False Alarm Ordinance in place which requires:

  • Alarm registration ($10.00 Fee is applicable)
  • Yearly Renewal
  • Fines applied to each false alarm beginning with the third false alarm in any given year and includes all subsequent false alarms in that year.
  • Alarm Permit Suspension for violating provisions of the Ordinance
  • An Alarm fine appeal procedure
