7. Department Reviews

Each building permit application requires certain department approval signatures. Normally, residential applications are reviewed by the Wetlands Enforcement Officer (for external work), Zoning Enforcement Officer, Water Pollution Control Authority, Health Department and the Building Department. (Required department approvals may vary based upon the type of application.) Generally, any commercial application requires the review of the Wetlands Enforcement Officer (for external work), Zoning Enforcement Officer, Water Pollution Control Authority, Health Department (if applicable), Fire Marshal and Building Department.
