Revised Storm Damage Report submission form - updated June 7, 2:30 pm

Thank you to all the residents who have submitted a report. We have expanded the form to allow you to send up to 10 pictures and to report your best estimate of insured and uninsured property loss. Even if you have already submitted your report, you can resubmit to include this additional information. Please do not include any pictures or property loss estimates of anything other than what is on your property. The town has all the information needed for town-owned property, including rights-of-way, parks and open spaces. Regardless of whether or not you complete this form you are strongly encouraged to document and retain pictures of damage and receipt(s) for all repair work, and speak to your insurance company if you have any questions about your personal property coverage.  Click here for Revised Storm Damage Report submission form.
