- Thank you for using our on line portal. Please be sure to upload all required information including but not limited to:
- Worker's Compensation Insurance or Affidavit, (The Town of Brookfield must be the Certificate Holder & the property address in the description of work)
- Property Owner's Letter of Authorization Signed by the property owner
- Construction Plans (For larger or stamped plans we still require hard copies as well as a pdf copy. You can either bring the hard copies into the office or we can print them out for you at $10 a page)
- Request for Zoning Compliance Certificate
- Survey and Plot Plans
- Combustion Air/Res Check/MEC Check
- NOTICE: SUBMISSION OF AN ON LINE APPLICATION DOES NOT CONSTITUTE THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT. YOU MUST WAIT TO BE CONTACTED BY THE BUILDING DEPT. PRIOR TO BEGINING WORK.
