Please be advised that the Board of Selectmen have scheduled a special meeting on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 17, 2010, at 4:00 p.m., in the Brookfield High School Faculty Dining Room, on the following:

 

  1. CALL TO ORDER

 

  1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

 

  1. ROLL CALL

 

  1. EXECUTIVE SESSION

      Recommended Motion: that the Board move to enter into executive session for

      the purpose of discussing statements of strategy or negotiations with respect to

      collective bargaining pursuant to C.G.S. Section 1-200(6) and Section 1-210(b)(9).

 

  1. BROOKFIELD REINVESTMENT PROJECT: Recommended Motion: that the Board approve the brochure (road & recreation facilities upgrades) that will be distributed to all residents.

 

  1. ADJOURNMENT

      Recommended Motion: there being no further business to conduct, the Board move to  

      adjourn its special meeting.
