PUBLIC NOTICE REGISTRY
Public Notice is hereby given that the Zoning & Planning Commissions have established a Public Notice Registry as required by Public Act 06-80. Persons listed on the Public Notice Registry shall be notified whenever any above listed Commission initiates any action regarding adoption or change of zoning regulation or boundary or any subdivision regulation or any change regarding the preparation or amendment of the plan of conservation and development.
Upon written request, the names and addresses of any landowner, elector or non-profit organization shall be placed on said registry. A landowner, elector or organization may request such notice be sent by mail or by electronic mail.
Any landowner, elector or organization that desires to be placed on the Public Notice Registry shall submit a written request signed by said landowner, elector or authorized representative of an organization to:

The written request shall specify the name and mailing address of the landowner, elector or organization to which the notice shall be sent. The written request shall further state a preference for mailed notice or for a notice via electronic mail. If a notice via electronic mail is requested, the written request shall also include the email address to which the notice is to be sent. Each landowner, elector or organization shall submit a separate signed written request. Every request for placement on the Public Notice shall have an original signature. Photocopied, faxed, emailed, verbal and telephoned requests will not be accepted.
