Intent to Lien Notices will be sent out this month for the 2011 Grand List. If Real Estate taxes are not paid in full by April 30, 2013, a lien will be placed.
Collection Agency
Outstanding Motor Vehicle and Personal Property Taxes will be sent to a collection agency in the coming month. In order to avoid this please make your payments now.

Description of Services:
The Tax Collector's office is responsible for the collection of property taxes and water assessment. The office operates under the authority of the Connecticut General Statutes and Brookfield Town Ordinances.
Charges collected include:
