The Brookfield Planning Commission has been reviewing and revising the 2002 Plan of Conservation and Development during the Informal Discussion portion of their regular meetings for over a year.
The Board of Selectmen will consider this draft plan and provide comment to the Planning Commission in the next six to eight weeks. In June the Planning Commission will hold its own public hearings on this plan, our road map for the next ten years. The Planning Commission and the Community Development Director welcome review and comment from residents and Brookfield businesses throughout this process. Please feel free to submit comments to Katherine Daniel at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please also visit our public participation website EnvisionBrookfield.com to contribute to surveys and read about our efforts to engage residents in a civil, fruitful conversation about Brookfield's future. We are very excited about using social media to bring Brookfield residents and business people into the discussion about what we want our future to look like.
